Spaulding and Associates LLC provide assessment and testing services designed to evaluate potential employees or promotional candidates’ abilities and knowledge.

Our associates will meet with you to design and develop both written examinations and practical exercises customized to your organizations needs including polices/SOPs, strategic/tactical decision making, inter-personal communication, research and problem-solving skills, community interaction and budgetary analysis.

Our testing and evaluation matrix allows each candidate to be objectively evaluated. Candidate profiles may also be created providing feedback for career development.
