Who We Are

Spaulding and Associates LLC is owned and operated by Jeff Spaulding.

A Certified Fire Investigator with both the International Association of Arson Investigators and National Association of Fire Investigators, Jeff also has earned an associate’s degree from Sinclair Community College in Public Safety.
Jeff has been a firefighter for over 20 years and has been conducting origin and cause investigations for over 14 years. With over 800 origin and cause investigations conducted to date, Jeff has established a rapport with his clients that is built on trust and confidence.

Jeff has provided peer reviews for several fire service text books including Dr. John DeHaan’s “Kirk’s Fire Investigation” 6th Ed. and authored several chapters of text in the new NFPA text book “Fire Investigator: Principles and Practices”.
In addition to his investigation experience, Jeff is also an experienced instructor and educator who has developed various training programs for law enforcement, fire and private industry.
